Recruitment

Ad-hoc roles will be billed on a percentage fee basis, which will be agreed upon in advance. Retained partnerships will be billed for three months at a time and will cover the following:
Ownership of recruitment administration: Filtering applications, managing rejections, interview scheduling, providing feedback to candidates, and handling offers, contracts, and onboarding (if required).
On-site visits: Visits/Working at your office to better understand your team, setup, and culture, allowing us to position your business effectively to candidates.
Interview support: Attend face-to-face interviews if needed to provide an unbiased point of view.
Talent pipelines: Building talent pools in advance to accelerate your future hiring.
Talent attraction and engagement initiatives: Assisting with your employer brand on platforms like LinkedIn and helping to engage with candidates effectively.

We provide tailored support for aligning global and local talent processes, implementing new Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), advancing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, and delivering training for your talent and hiring teams. Our solutions are designed to help you deliver on any talent projects, ensuring a smooth and successful operations.
You have the option to present a complete plan for your project or collaborate with us to scope it out together. We can help identify skills gaps for training, recommend the most suitable systems for your organisation, and take the entire project management off your plate. Throughout the process, we will work as partners, keeping you involved from the beginning and obtaining your approval at key stages. The Talent Mentor will manage and deliver the project, ensuring alignment with your goals.
